Upgrading Your Plan
Need more features or storage? Here's how to upgrade your event.
When to Upgrade
Consider upgrading if you need:
- Video uploads - Available on Plus and Premium plans
- More photos - Free tier limits visible photos to 100
- Longer storage - Keep photos for up to a year
- Download access - Get full resolution originals
How to Upgrade
- Go to your event dashboard
- Click the "Upgrade" button in the upgrade banner, or find it in settings
- Choose your new plan
- Complete payment
- Your upgrade is instant!
Good News
When you upgrade, you only pay the difference between plans. Already paid for Starter and want Plus? You just pay the difference.
What Happens to My Photos?
All your photos are preserved! Nothing is lost when you upgrade. In fact, if you were on Free and had more than 100 photos uploaded, they'll all become visible in your gallery after upgrading.
Can I Upgrade During My Event?
Yes! You can upgrade at any time—before, during, or after your event. The upgrade takes effect immediately and guests can continue uploading without interruption.

Can I Downgrade?
We don't offer downgrades or partial refunds after you've upgraded. If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan, contact us within 24 hours and we'll help sort it out.
