When Am I Charged?

You're charged when you select a paid plan during event creation or when you upgrade from the Free tier. The charge is immediate and one-time.

What Happens After Storage Ends?

After your retention period ends, photos are permanently deleted from our servers. Make sure to download your photos before this happens!

We send reminder emails as your retention period approaches its end.

Multiple Events

Each event is priced separately. If you're hosting multiple events, you'll need to purchase a plan for each one. This keeps things fair—you only pay for what you use.

Refunds

We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if:

Your event hasn't occurred yet
No guests have uploaded photos
You haven't downloaded any content
