Downloading Your Photos
Get all your event photos in full resolution. Here's how it works.
Download Availability
Photo downloads are available on paid plans (Starter, Plus, and Premium). If you're on the Free tier, you'll need to upgrade to download your photos.
Important: Download your photos before your retention period ends. After that, photos are permanently deleted.
How to Download All Photos
- Go to your event dashboard
- Find the "Downloads" card
- Click "Download All Photos"
- Wait for the ZIP file to be prepared (may take a few minutes for large galleries)
- The file will automatically download to your device
What's Included
- All photos - Every photo uploaded by guests
- Full resolution - Original quality, no compression
- Videos (Plus and Premium plans) - All uploaded videos
- Organized files - Photos are named with upload date/time
Download Individual Photos
You can also download individual photos from the gallery:
- Open the gallery
- Click on a photo to view it full-size
- Click the download icon or right-click and save
Pro Tip
Download your photos soon after your event while everything is fresh. Don't wait until the last day of your retention period!

Large Downloads
If you have hundreds or thousands of photos, the download may take some time to prepare. You'll see a progress indicator, and the download will start automatically when ready.
For very large galleries, we recommend downloading over WiFi rather than mobile data.
Sharing Downloaded Photos
Once downloaded, you own these photos and can:
- Create photo books or albums
- Share on social media
- Back up to cloud storage (Google Photos, iCloud, etc.)
- Print your favorites
