Sharing Your Event with Guests
The more ways you share, the more photos you'll collect. Here are all your options.
Option 1: QR Code (Recommended)
The QR code is the fastest way for guests to access your event. They simply open their phone camera, point it at the code, and tap the link that appears.

Option 2: Direct Link
Every event gets a unique link like replaymyday.com/e/your-event-name. You can share this link anywhere:
- Text message or group chat
- Email to your guest list
- Social media posts
- Wedding website or invitation
Copy your link from the event dashboard using the "Copy Link" button.
Option 3: Include in Invitations
Add your QR code or link directly to your event invitations. This works great for:
- Digital invitations (Paperless Post, Evite, etc.)
- Printed invitations (include QR code)
- Save-the-dates
- Event programs

"We'd love to see your photos from the celebration! Upload them here: [your link] — All photos will be shared in one gallery for everyone to enjoy."
When to Share
Timing matters for maximum participation:
Before the event
Include link in invitations or send a reminder email
At the event
Display QR codes prominently and announce it verbally
After the event
Send a follow-up message thanking guests and reminding them to upload
Tips for More Uploads
- Make announcements - Have the DJ or MC mention it during the event
- Assign a helper - Ask someone to remind guests throughout the event
- Use multiple QR codes - Place them in several locations
- Follow up - Send a message the next day for guests who forgot
Sharing the Gallery After
After your event, you can share the gallery link with guests so they can view and enjoy all the collected photos. This is the same link they used to upload.
